Drinks Stay Hot or Cold: Our double-walled, vacuum insulated stainless steel mugs come with an open port lid and will keep your drinks the temperature you want! The standard lids contain a straw friendly open port drinking hole. Engraving is permanent, but it is not recommended for dishwasher use. Please hand wash. We DO NOT use vinyl, decals, or wraps on our mugs! Each is powdercoated for extreme durability! The 20oz and 30oz mugs are narrower at the bottom to fit most standard cup holders.
***NOTE- Designs will be scaled to appropriately fit your desired choice of size. Some designs, if personalization is requested, will be personalized on the back side of the mug due to size restrictions. If you do not want this please let us know before ordering!

This item is very good quality! I’m sure that the person I’m gifting it to for Christmas will love it! The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is just because I asked them to change the phrase a bit to make it a singular phrase, which the owner said would be no issue but when I got the item, the attention to detail from the owner was a bit off. The stars under the “calls me” part were off center which was not like the picture, and if I were making and selling it I would have made sure everything was centered and perfect before making and sending the item. I would have sent back and asked the owner to fix it but I had no time before Christmas to do so.
